2018 Overview

2018 was a fun year. We visited the southernmost point of the US as well as the Geographic Center of the Nation.  Lee navigated 318 curves in 11 miles while riding the Tail of the Dragon.  We experienced the International Balloon Fiesta again and had fun in Sturgis with Lee’s cousins.  Our favorite places we visited this year were the Florida Keys and Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota.  In the Keys, I enjoyed volunteering at the Dolphin Research Center, Lee enjoyed taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets and we both enjoyed swimming with the dolphins and making new friends while we were there.  In North Dakota, we loved seeing bison, wild horses and elk in their natural environment. We enjoyed taking pictures and on our last day enjoyed hiding from them as we walked the trail.  Since beginning our RV journey we have driven the truck 35032 miles and have towed the RV 14262 miles.
